The Tour of Britain is the largest free-to-attend sporting spectacle in the UK and is delivered under the mantel of two races, one Tour of Britain. The event spanned multiple towns and cities across the UK, with over 2000km travelled across both races in 2024. Delivered in just 125 days, the inaugural Lloyds Tour of Britain Women saw four gruelling stages across Wales and the northwest of England in June. The Lloyds Tour of Britian Men followed in September, welcoming Olympic champion’s Remco Evenepoel and Tom Pidcock for six exciting days of racing from the Scottish Borders, travelling down the East of England to finish in East Suffolk.   We delivered two festivals of cycling that set the standard for sporting events globally, empowered and inspired local communities, attracted top riders and teams, championed gender parity in our races, and showcased the cultural diversity of Great Britain on the world stage.
