We are prioritising inclusivity through our Respect in Golf movement, providing meaningful support at golf club level with appropriate policies. Meanwhile, SafeGolf is ensuring a safe environment for everyone involved in our sport. We are improving accessibility to the game through England Golf’s digital applications, making it easier to engage our core audience and access to support through the MyEG app. With 437,706 downloads – a 14% increase YOY – the app is revolutionising the golfing experience. The iGolf initiative has opened up our sport and put independent golfers on an even playing field with club members, whilst iPlay is making golf more accessible and fun. Working with the Golf Foundation, focused on supporting children and young people, we are getting more young people trying the sport for the first time, which is fantastic! We are breaking down barriers to change previously held negative perceptions of golf.
