Inspiring and inclusive; they offer a place that supports an individual’s physical health and mental well-being. A place that fosters pride and a sense of belonging.  A great place to play transforms the health and life chances of individuals and builds stronger communities. That is the purpose of the Football Foundation; a unique charity partnership between The FA, the Premier League and the Government, harnessing the power of English football to community engagement and grant giving expertise. We grant fund community clubs, schools and charities and then manage the delivery of new 3G pitches, clubhouses, small sided multi-sport PlayZones and improved grass pitches. Our investment delivers the facilities that inspire people to play; that inspire people to get healthy; that inspire people come together and to belong.
