This was a breakout year of business, client and people growth for MatchFit. In 2024, we doubled down on our positioning as the specialist earned-first sports communications agency for world-class brands and rights holders. Winning 10 out of 10 pitches for a perfect 100% conversion record, we grew revenue by 59% YoY and added iconic clients such as LALIGA and The LTA to our roster. We delivered our best work for clients, with campaigns as diverse as helping Topps smash sales targets during UEFA Euro 2024 to crisis communications for high-profile Olympians. In tandem, our permanent headcount grew by 50% while we maintained a culture that earned us ‘Great Place to Work Certification’. Next month, we are launching our second office in Manchester, extending our reach for clients and helping us to work with the very best comms talent in the industry. This was the year we became truly MatchFit.
