Starting a creative agency from scratch—with no clients, team, or leads—isn’t for everyone. But the mindset, energy, and talent this leap attracts are unmatched. After founding M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment and winning SIA Agency of the Year seven times, our founders decided to start over. On June 1st, they launched with nothing. Six months later, the results were extraordinary. The first 18 months of our five-year plan were completed by month five. By the end of 2024, the agency had grown to 14 staff, with six roles open, and retained major clients like Amazon, O2, Howden, Virgin Media, The FA, Callaway, and Glenfiddich. We achieved a 100% pitch win rate, secured £700K in fees within four months, and confirmed £2m for 2025 by year-end. Plans for 2025 include opening two new offices – in Europe and North America – and exciting M&A announcements, reflecting our rapid growth and bold ambitions.
