Resources of workwise
No one knows a business better than managers do. They are in a strong position to promote wellbeing and positive mental health of their teams. Being a specialist in mental health or having therapist and counsellor qualifications is NOT expected, however, being able to recognise early signs of distress and signpost to appropriate support confidently can be very helpful.
This course is ideal for individuals who would like to become an MHFAider® to gain the knowledge, awareness, and skills to spot signs of people experiencing poor mental health, be confident to start a conversation, and signpost a person to appropriate support. Train as a Mental Health First Aider® and receive three years of certification.
Hosted by Leigh McKay, Managing Director at Workwise Wellness, this free webinar is aimed at managers who are considering bringing about a change in the mental practises of their organisations.
The webinar will be a introduction to workplace mental health and why it matters.
