What a game!
England’s triumph in this game was heard not only across Twickenham, but throughout London. Try after try from the England squad saw the score reach 24-6 (to England) before half-time. The England squad put on a valiant display of teamwork as they worked to pull the final score up to 52-13.
Such a high scoring game from the home team always makes for an amazing atmosphere, and of course lots of opportunities to capture those all-important try-scoring shots. This game was a true testament to what England can do.
Ahead of the World Cup next year in France, fans are watching the international series intently to gauge our chances of taking the trophy home. Eddie Jones’ decisions are under a microscope, and they make for some great reaction photos!
I have been a sports photographer for 24 years and I am grateful to be an official photographer for Shutterstock, MCC, Formula E, Maserati, Wimbledon Tennis Championships, The IOC and West Ham United. This means that every day is as exciting as the last, and they are all different. I enjoy photographing truly British sporting moments, whether that be on the football pitch or the tennis court.
