A1GP World Cup of Motorsport has renewed its TV rights deals in the UK with Sky Sports and terrestrial broadcaster Five.
Sky Sports has extended its contract for a further three seasons and will continue to broadcast live coverage of Saturday qualifying and Sunday’s races while Five will continue its highlights package in its regular late night sports slot within a week of the race.
Through its network of broadcast partners across the globe, A1GP fans will be able to follow the series in over 150 countries worldwide as the new cars prepare to line up on the grid for the very first time at A1GP Zandvoort, Netherlands on 4th-5th October.
Teams from 20 nations now compete in the A1GP World Cup of Motorsport with races held in 10 different countries including a British race at Brands Hatch.
