On 27th and 28th September adidas took to Hackney Marshes to search for and reward young football players as part of its Predator Instinct campaign.

The campaign aims to seek out those who display the best use of instinct on the pitch. Alongside a take over of the new Hackney Marshes changing facility, adidas photographers will be present at the home of grassroots football each weekend from 27th September – 12th October to capture stand-out pieces of instinct across the 88 pitches. Each player captured and selected showing instinct will win a pair of limited edition blackout Predator boots as well as seeing their instinctive moment uploaded to a giant screen within the grounds.

Steve Marks, adidas UK Senior Communications Manager, commented: ‘The adidas Predator football boot, truly is the greatest boot ever. Over the past 20 years it has continually pioneered the way in football. Predator players have always demonstrated instinct and something we have asked of our target audience throughout this campaign.’

The activation at Hackney Marshes comes as part of an integrated marketing campaign for adidas Predator, comprising of an out of home advertising campaign, a partnership with five-a-side centre Goals, a real-world consumer gaming event in Central London and ongoing social media and PR activation.
