The new digital signage company Amscreen has signed a five-year partnership with 5-a-side-football operator Powerleague.
The deal means Amscreen’s digital advertising screens will be installed in reception areas throughout Powerleague’s 44 UK centres, showing advertisements and information for the predominantly male customer base.
The agreement also gives Amscreen exclusive digital advertising sales rights, as well as space for Powerleague’s customer information messages and anchor advertisers.
The digital agency’s screens will showcase and reach audiences of Powerleague’s partners, which include Xbox, Nivea For Men, Nike, Lucozade and Carling. Currently, Powerleague has over 125,000 customers playing on over 465 pitches each week, with an average stay of two-and-a-half hours per customer.
Amscreen’s ‘plug in and play’ wireless digital signage technology allows screen content to be remotely updated by mobile technology, without cables or IT input.
