Aquatics GB has inked a two-year broadcast rights deal with BBC Sport for the Aquatics GB Swimming Championships.

The agreement will allow fans to watch the live event across multiple platforms.

BBC Sport will broadcast live coverage of every finals session of the Aquatics GB Swimming Championships. Athletes will compete for British titles and selection for World Championship teams, with coverage available on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website and app.

Live coverage of heats and main finals sessions will also be available on the Aquatics GB YouTube channel, with finals coverage starting from and including behind-the-scenes content.

The event will feature swimming and para-swimming racing, with athletes including Duncan Scott, Alice Tai, Matt Richards and Maisie Summers-Newton competing.

BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra will provide coverage of the Aquatics GB Swimming Championships, with live commentary from the stands of the Sunday finals session.

Drew Barrand, Aquatics GB CEO, said, “It is crucial that we create consistent ways for the millions of fans across the country to be able to witness world-class competition from our outstanding athletes.”
