Arsenal Agrees Three-year Deal With Carlsberg

Arsenal Football Club has announced a three-year deal for Carlsberg UK to supply a range of alcoholic beverages within Emirates Stadium.

Financial terms of the new deal have not been revealed, however the Danish brewer will sell lager, ale and stout on match days and during other events at the 60,000 capacity venue.

The partnership will also allow Carlsberg the use of player imagery in advertising and point of sale, LED perimeter board advertising at all matches and a bespoke Carlsberg Lounge which will offer exclusive experiences to guests and competition winners before and after each home game.

Commenting on the partnership Simon Martin, regional sales director for London and the South East, Carlsberg said: ‘Carlsberg is proud to enter into this relationship with Arsenal, a club with a strong tradition and rich heritage like our own brand and company. This will allow us to provide Arsenal supporters at Emirates Stadium with Carlsberg products as part of their match day experience and further cement our position as the beer brand of football.’

Chief Commercial Officer, Vinai Venkatesham, Arsenal added: ‘We’re delighted to announce this new deal with Carlsberg, a brand with a long and successful association within football. We are pleased to be able to continue to offer our fans a wide range of Carlsberg beverages to enjoy at Emirates Stadium for the next three seasons.’
