Arsenal Players In Europcar Mockumentary
Arsenal FC sponsor Europcar has produced a new piece of online content featuring Per Mertesacker, Jack Wilshere and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, as well as selected members of the stars’ ‘family’.
The video mockumentary was released by Europcar today, after the brand became the Official Car and Van Rental partner to the Premier League club in August.
‘Face to Face with the Arsenal Family’ introduces family members of each of the players, subtly showing how Europcar vehicles are integral to the characters’ lives.
In the film, Arsenal and England midfielder Jack Wilshere reluctantly introduces Uncle Kenny Wilshere; champion baker Trudy Mertesacker is introduced by her brother Per; and Darren Oxlade-Chamberlain, the plane-spotting cousin of winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
According to the club sponsor, the video aims to raise awareness of Europcar’s partnership with the club, announced at the start of this season.
