ATP has signed a new partnership that designates Polaroid Eyewear as the official eyewear partner of global men’s tennis circuit the ATP Tour.

The agreement runs until 2027, and will include a number of activations at select ATP Tour events, including the Madrid Open, Italian Open, and Swedish Open.

Meanwhile, the sunglasses brand has revealed Italian tennis star Lorenzo Musetti as a brand ambassador for 2025.

Currently ranked 17th in the world, Musetti (above) reached the Wimbledon men’s singles semi-final in 2024.

The Safilo-owned company will receive prominent brand visibility, as well as a dedicated activation area in fan zones, and promotion across the ATP Tour’s social and digital platforms.

The deal will also see ATP Chair Umpires wear Polaroid products on court.

“This truly global platform provides the perfect opportunity to expose the Polaroid Eyewear brand, allowing us to engage new customers and expand our footprint,” said Alberto Macciani, Safilo Group CMO OCB & Global Head of Communication.

“With Polaroid Eyewear’s innovative products, we look forward to enabling everyone to enjoy watching tennis with perfect vision and high protection.”

Lorenzo Musetti added, “I’m honoured to join Polaroid Eyewear as Brand Ambassador for their 2025 global campaign.

“Like their frames, my tennis is all about style and function. The polarised lenses are a game-changer too, helping me stay focused on the court even on the brightest days.”
