Baller League UK have extended their broadcast partnership with Sky Sports, which will remain the exclusive linear home for the competition’s second season.
The six-a-side football tournament will see every match broadcast live on Sky Sports on Monday evenings. For the first time, select matchdays will also feature watchalongs on the Sky Sports Football YouTube channel.
The new season features several new teams, including Chloe Kelly’s Clutch FC, Idris Elba’s Rukkas FC and Niko Omilana’s NDL FC. Former England striker and Sky Sports expert Daniel Sturridge has also joined the dugout, co-managing Deportrio FC alongside Micah Richards.
Returning managers include former professionals John Terry, Jens Lehmann, Robert Pires, Alan Shearer and Ian Wright, who will compete against teams managed by content creators such as Miniminter, Tobi Brown and Sharky, whose SDS FC won the inaugural competition.
