Bank of Scotland has extended its association with Scottish Rugby for a further
two years in a new substantial six-figure contract.
The corporate arm of the bank will sponsor Scotland’s Autumn Tests in both
2008 and 2009 at the Murrayfield stadium.
Bank of Scotland is the latest in a string of commercial sponsor
announcements by Scottish Rugby in recent weeks – a major boost given the
financial problems facing the governing body.
Bank of Scotland began its association with Scottish Rugby in 2005 after
moving its sponsorship interests from football to rugby union.
