BBC Radio Five Live Signs Up Dawson

Former England scrum half Matt Dawson is expanding his media commitments by
joining BBC Radio Five Live as part of its rugby commentary team.

Beginning with the Six Nations on 3 February, Dawson will be a regular
fixture in Five Live’s commentary box across the year including England’s summer
tour to South Africa and the 2007 Rugby World Cup.

Dawson, who retired last year, has already worked with the BBC on a number of
other programmes including A Question of Sport and Strictly Come Dancing.
