Ben Youngs Becomes Lv= Ambassador

England rugby star Ben Youngs, who will earn his 50^th cap for England on Friday, has been appointed as a new ambassador for LV=, sponsors of the LV= Cup, to help promote its #rugbyfamily campaign.

The scrum half has been confirmed in the starting XV to face Fiji in the opening match of the Rugby World Cup.

Youngs, whose brother Tom will also feature in the opening game, will feature alongside ex-England captain Lewis Moody in rugby related content on LV= channels for the rest of the year and into 2016.

Ben Youngs commented: “It’s great to be working with LV= as an ambassador. They have already proven themselves as a true supporter of the game through the LV= Cup which was a great competition for me personally because I proved myself and earned my stripes. It’s a great fit.”

LV= brand director Victoria Wentworth added: “Ben incorporates everything that the #rugbyfamily campaign stands for. The Youngs family are so immersed in the game and act as a brilliant support system for him. We are thrilled to have Ben on board.”
