British Military Fitness (BMF) has announced a new partnership for 2016 with outdoor retailer, Blacks.
The partnership, which is an initial three year agreement, will see Blacks become the official retail partner for BMF along with BMF’s obstacle course event – the Royal British Legion Major Series. It will include promotions, kit reviews and a range of BMF and Major Series merchandise available to buy.
Both members of BMF and Major Series participants will benefit from promotions across the extensive range of Blacks products, whilst Blacks customers will receive a free trial for the outdoor fitness sessions as well as discounted entry into the obstacle course race series.
Harry Sowerby, managing director of British Military Fitness, commented: “Having the right kit to train outdoors in all weathers can be key to making sure you get the most out of your workout, which is why Blacks is a perfect partner for BMF. Our military trained instructors will be choosing Blacks equipment every day – whether it’s running outdoor fitness classes 365 days a year or climbing mountains in their own time. It is great to have them on board and to be able to offer our members fantastic exclusive deals on their wide range of products. We are also looking forward to welcoming Blacks customers to our parks to give BMF a go, all they have to do is turn up and we will do the rest – we are sure they will love it.”
A spokesperson from Blacks commented: “We are very excited about the partnership with Blacks and British Military Fitness. Getting people enjoying the outdoors is our mission and this collaboration strengthens that message. Our extensive range of outdoor gear from leading brands like The North Face and Berghaus, twinned with the knowledge and experience of the British Military Fitness team means we can offer exclusive benefits to all BMF members and Blacks customers including access to in-store demonstrations and expert advice.”
The partnership starts this month with offers to BMF members. Blacks customers will also receive the chance to try the military style workouts at BMF venues, across London, Scotland, Midlands and Yorkshire.
