Brandrapport Takes Up Arena

BrandRapport, the specialist sponsorship and associative marketing agency, has acquired the sponsorship consultancy Arena International in an effort to develop a stronger role in the football industry.

Arena specialises in UK football sponsorships, working with the Premier League, The FA, The Football League and other football governing bodies over the past 20 years. The consultancy was has set up a number of large sponsorship deals and developed major programmes in the sport for clients such as Carling, Tennents and Worthington. It also negotiated global sponsorship of the Barclays Premier League as well as that of E.ON’s FA Cup and Football League partnership.

The acquisition of Arena adds to a number of efforts brandRapport has been making to extend its business, including developing a larger presence in mainland Europe and playing a key role in the industry leading up to the Olympics.
