Breathesport Unveils Sporting Line-up
BreatheSport has announced the signing of four more sporting giants to its exclusive line-up of personalities with Gary Lineker, Gary Neville and Will Greenwood joining cricketer Kevin Pietersen in the new BreatheSport mobile community.
The announcement coincides with the launch of BreatheSport’s ‘Live Lounge’ experience beginning with Paris Saint-Germain F.C vs Chelsea FC in the Champions League this evening (17th February).
CEO and co-founder, Barry Houlihan said of the signings: “We’re thrilled to have added four of the biggest names from the sporting world to our mobile community. Having Gary Lineker, Gary Neville, Will Greenwood and Kevin Pietersen on-board makes BreatheSport an even stronger offering for sports fans.
“We’re not looking to rival Twitter or existing sports content providers. If anything, we complement them. Our focus is on offering fans a free and authentic concentrated experience whether they are a teenage League One football season ticket holder or a long standing lover of cricket.
“We will offer the best live sports mobile experience with real personalities commenting in real time on big game developments and sports breaking news. BreatheSport soft launched in January and is already experiencing much higher than industry standard levels of engagement on the platform.”
New BreatheSport signing Gary Lineker, added: “I’m delighted to have joined BreatheSport. I’ve never been shy about offering my opinion, but it’s exciting for me to join the debate on other sports.
“I’m a fan of many other sports like cricket, so to see the reaction to live news alongside other fans with top names that I respect such as Kevin Pietersen, Michael Vaughan and Jimmy Anderson, is exciting.
