Brentford have agreed a new partnership with job platform Indeed, which will become the club’s training wear and recruitment partner from the 2025/26 season.

The agreement will include branding on all training kits worn by the men’s first team, B team, women’s first team, academy teams, and coaching staff.

As part of the deal, Indeed has gained front-of-training-wear rights, with Brentford’s men’s first team set to wear Indeed branding during training sessions and warm-ups ahead of all Premier League and cup fixtures.

The partnership will also provide Indeed with matchday branding, in-stadium advertising, and access to create content with players and coaching staff. It has also included a presence at Brentford’s Robert Rowan Performance Centre.

The partnership has extended to Brentford FC Community Sports Trust, where Indeed has been supporting local jobseekers through career development initiatives across west London. The programme has included access to job support, upskilling projects, and employment matching services.

Players across Brentford’s senior and academy teams have also been given access to career guidance and resources to help prepare for life after football.

The agreement reflects a continued trend of Premier League clubs working with non-traditional commercial partners in tech, education, and employment sectors.

Fran Jones, Brentford FC commercial director, said, “We’re very proud of our track record of intelligent recruitment and smart decision-making that empowers us to compete at the highest level. Indeed has earned its place as a leading hiring platform with the same approach. It’s a perfect match and we’re excited to see what we can learn from each other.

“In everything we do, there’s always a human element. This partnership has an incredible opportunity to uplift our community with new skills and job opportunities, as well as help Brentford players of all ages plan for life beyond their football career.”
