Santander International has announced a new partnership with The British & Irish Lions, which will see the bank become an Official Partner to the touring team as well as the 2021 Castle Lager Lions Series in South Africa this summer.
As part of the partnership, Santander International will gain a range of commercial rights including branding and access to the Lions squad and coaches during the pre-Tour camp in Jersey, as well as digital and social media rights throughout the Tour of South Africa.
The bank already sponsors RFU Championship rugby club, Jersey Reds, and Douglas Rugby Club on the Isle of Man, and holds naming rights of Jersey Reds’ stadium ‘Stade Santander International’, It is also the lead sponsor of the new Strive Academy – where the Lions will train whilst in Jersey.
