“We are a creative agency that connect brands to consumers through the things people love.
“A team of specialists deliver the agency’s core disciplines across sport & entertainment, including rights amplification, sponsorship consultancy, PR, influencer marketing, social, partnerships, strategy, branded content creation, talent management & experiential production.
“Last year we were named Sport Industry Agency of the Year a record sixth time and our work has been awarded across the board.”
Why do you think you made the shortlist?
“Firstly, we are incredibly proud to have been shortlisted for the 15th year in a row in an industry that gets more & more competitive every year.
“It’s hard for us to say why we made the shortlist but 2018 was a record-breaking year in terms of new business wins, year-on-year profit growth and our highest ever staff satisfaction rate of 100%.
“We think that the real secret to our success is down to our brilliant people who are all incredible, and undoubtedly the single most important thing in our agency.
“We do everything we can to enable people to lead happy, healthy and balanced lives and make this the best place to work.
“We are also very lucky to have such fantastic clients which allows us to create work that we’re all proud of.”
Who’s your MVP?
“It is very unlike us to not answer a brief correctly but afraid this once we’re going to have to. There is no way we could name one MVP in our entry because we have 75 of them. Every single person here contributes to our success as an agency and none of it would be possible without them.”
How do you plan to celebrate?
“Winning on the night is a nice bonus but not winning should never take away the achievements of 2018 so we will always celebrate the nomination as much as the win itself. As such, we will be closing the office for a day to give everyone a very well-earned rest and long weekend on us.”
