Tell us about yourselves…

We’re an integrated Sports, Music and Entertainment agency with a difference. Almost four years old, we have a distinctive approach and point of view. We create opportunity and growth by challenging convention, with a unique insight-based methodology built around neuropsychology and our international community of cultural pioneers. We call this boldness with backup.

In those four years, we’ve gone from one founding employee in an upstairs room, to an international agency with a diverse team of 33 staff, 16 nationalities and 18 languages. A team capable of taking on the biggest industry players and delivering proven results for our clients. We’re proud 2018 winners and on the 2019 shortlist for the #BTSIA Young Agency of the Year and to be shortlisted with our client Bridgestone and their Olympic brand campaign, Chase Your Dream, No Matter What for the Best International Campaign. 

In 2018 alone, we’ve worked in 10 international markets beside the UK (Azerbaijan, USA, Argentina, Austria, France, Poland, Germany, Italy, Spain, South Africa).

We’re active thought-leaders in the industry: judges on WARC international and UK Sponsorship Awards, and proud European Sponsorship Award board member. challenge industry leaders to be more fearless in approaching problem solving, through our events like Embrace The Unknown, with Britain’s first astronaut Helen Sharman.

 

Why do you think you made the shortlist?

Boldness in how we solve business challenges differently by challenging convention. 

With the help of our diverse team and brave clients with their challenger mentality.  

Backup for all our ideas through our evidence based, psychology led, deeper human insight.

 

What made this year fun / memorable?

We’re on a mission to challenge the industry and create something really special. Our team come in every day with a Fearless spirit, a glint in their eye and a desire to make a difference. This culture carries through to our fantastic clients whom we work incredibly closely with to solve difficult business challenges and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Four years in, we’re proud of our 2018 sports work with the likes of Bridgestone and UEFA. And we’ve only just begun…

 

Who was your MVP?

Every single person at the agency, whatever their role. It’s a huge team effort!!

Our 33 staff, 16 nationalities, 18 languages and 4 beards.

 

How do you plan to celebrate?

In the Fearless spirit, with a bottle of our specially distilled Fearless charcoal black gin.
