Canadian Investment Company Acquires Snack Media

Canadian-based digital media investment company Valnet Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of digital sports publishing network Snack Media.

With this acquisition, Valnet has benefited from London-based Snack’s list of owned and operated sports websites which include flagship brands GiveMeSport.com, FootballFanCast.com and FootballLeagueWorld.com.

In addition to the publishing operation, Snack Media operates a specialised advertising network that serves over 400 publishing properties.
