Canterbury Unveils Burgess In New Range

Canterbury has unveiled Sam Burgess as the face of the new ‘Since 1904’ range, a new spring/summer collection designed for “life off the field,” according to the brand.

The Bath Rugby star – who switched codes from rugby league to union last year – will become the face of the collection, which launched last week.

The ‘Since 1904’ range will be available in selected House of Fraser stores nationwide following an exclusive partnership with Canterbury and includes jerseys, polos and shirts.

Speaking about the new range, Canterbury CEO, Chris Stephenson, said: “Rugby values, traditions and behaviours are embedded in everything that we do as a brand. The ‘Since 1904’ collection brings these values to life away from the field, whilst still retaining a commitment to rugby at its very heart.

“We are delighted to be working with Sam Burgess as our official ambassador for the range, and in House of Fraser we have identified the perfect retail partner for this collection.”
