Fresh off an Ashes victory, England cricket captain Alastair Cook has become the new brand ambassador for high end luxury clothing brand Kent & Curwen, after the home side wrapped up a Series win with a day to spare against Australia.
England’s leading century maker of all time, who already helped England to retain the Ashes with a draw in the third test, will front Kent & Curwen’s promotional campaign in the UK.
Alastair Cook’s management company, Paragon Sports Management, agreed the deal on behalf of the record breaking run scorer. Since becoming England captain, Alastair has become the youngest ever batsman to score 7000 test runs.
Cook has already set his sights on a 4-0 series win after Stuart Broad took 6-50 yesterday afternoon to secure an unlikely 74-run victory, with their rivals collapsing from 168-2 to 224 all out.
England have never won four Tests in a home Ashes series and had not won three in a series at home since 1985.
