Caterham F1 Team Appoints New Ceo

Graham Macdonald has been appointed as CEO of the Caterham Group, including responsibility for the company’s Formula One team.

Macdonald takes over from Riad Asmat who has held the role for the past two years. Macdonald had previously held the position of CEO of Caterham Cars and will now be responsible for the Formula One team, Caterham Technology and Caterham Composites.

Tony Fernandes, co-chairman of Caterham said: ‘In the short time that Graham has been at the helm of Caterham Cars in what is a fascinating period of change for the brand, he has been a dynamic and steadfast leader. His experience and dedication is exactly what we now need to drive the Group forward into its next, exciting chapter.’
