Chelsea build Dubai partnership with DAMAC
Chelsea Football Club have announced a new, long-term global partnership with Dubai-headquartered property developer DAMAC Properties.
The agreement sees DAMAC become the official property development partner of Chelsea FC.
The partnership includes a collaboration on a football-themed real estate project, Chelsea Residences by DAMAC, located in Dubai’s Maritime City. The development is planned to consist of over 1,400 residential units, featuring seafront views and Chelsea-branded amenities focusing on health, fitness and wellbeing.
To mark the launch, DAMAC Properties will feature on the front of Chelsea FC men’s and women’s shirts for the remainder of the 2024/25 season. The logo will debut on the men’s kit during their UEFA Conference League semi-final match against Djurgården on 1st May.
