Chelsea Football Club has announced Oman Air as its official airline partner.
To celebrate the partnership and the airline’s 30th anniversary, Oman Air and Chelsea have worked together to design a premium co-branded plane livery, which will feature as part of Oman Air’s fleet later this year.
Under terms of the new multi-year agreement – which marks the national carrier’s first foray into the Premier League – Oman Air branding will be visible at Chelsea’s 40,341-capacity home ground, Stamford Bridge.
Additionally, Oman Air will enjoy visibility across the club’s digital platforms and gain access to exclusive experiences and events.
Chelsea FC chief executive, Chris Jurasek, said, “We are very pleased to welcome Oman Air as our official airline partner. We have a shared ambition for innovation and success both on and off the pitch, and we are excited to bring this partnership to life for our fans around the world.”
Oman Air chief executive, AbdulAziz Al Raisi, added, “Oman Air is extremely proud to partner with Chelsea Football Club. Together, we hope to expand Chelsea Football Club’s following across the world, whilst showcasing the routes that we fly and the excellence of our service. We also look forward to using our partnership to highlight the rich culture of Oman to the club’s existing extensive fanbase.”
Chelsea’s first game of the 2023/24 Premier League season will be at home against Liverpool on Sunday 13th August.
