Common Goal has launched a refreshed brand identity to celebrate its ‘three-decade mission of using football to drive social and environmental change.‘
Founded in 2002 as streetfootballworld, the organisation built a network of over 200 high-impact groups across 100 countries, using football to empower young people and promote systemic social progress.
In 2017, Common Goal was established to link football’s cultural and financial influence with grassroots initiatives. Following a merger in 2022, Common Goal now operates as a unified network to amplify its impact.

The rebrand, created with Danish creative agency Barkas, includes a new logo, bold typography, and vibrant colours, reflecting the diversity and inclusivity of its mission.
Juan Mata, former Spanish footballer and Common Goal Co-Founder, said, “Common Goal’s refreshed brand reflects a legacy of three decades of pioneering work developing a diverse and yet rigorous global network of football for good communities in over 100 countries, with a shared belief in using football to create an equal playing field for all.”
