Curran Switches Synergy For Lagardère Plus

Synergy’s US CEO and former UK managing director Dominic Curran has been announced as the new executive vice president of Lagardère Plus in the United States.

Curran will join the US senior leadership team of the partnership marketing agency, part of Lagardère Sports and Entertainment.

He will oversee the team and client relationships in the agency’s New York Office.

Prior to his current role overseeing Synergy’s north American operations, Curran was managing director of Synergy in the UK, where he ran campaigns worldwide for brands across sports and entertainment. 

In between his Synergy stints, he took on a position as Bacardi Brands’ first global director of sports, responsible for the portfolio brands’ international sporting investments including Martini’s F1 sponsorship. 

Commenting on the appointment, Kern Egan, Lagardère Plus president America, said: “Dominic’s insights and experience are a key addition to Lagardère Plus and we are thrilled to have him join the team. 

“He believes in the power of sports and entertainment to influence and shape consumer behavior towards brands, which is central to the Plus mission.”
