Dacia Surprises Fans Ahead Of Super League Grand Final
In the build-up to Friday night’s Grand Final, Betfred Super League Official Partner Dacia surprised two deserving supporters from Wigan Warriors and St Helens Saints with a shock phone call from their playing heroes.
Saints fan Julie Houghton, a staff nurse at Alder Hey Children’s hospital who has been a front line worker throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, and Warriors supporter Norman Prior, who organises supporters travel to and from matches all over the country, were surprised by Tommy Makinson and Willy Isa (above) respectively.
Together with the players, they discussed everything from falling in love with the clubs to supporting from afar in lockdown, before proceeding to discuss the Grand Final itself, with both fans unsurprisingly predicting victories for their respective clubs.
