Italy will host the Davis Cup Final 8 for the next three years, through an agreement between the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the Italian Tennis Federation (FITP).
The 2025 edition of the international men’s team tennis competition will take place in Bologna.
Organised by the London-headquartered ITF, the Final 8 event was previously staged in Malaga, Spain, for its last three instalments from 2022 to 2024.

The Davis Cup is the latest marquee tennis event to be staged in Italy, which will also hold the ATP Finals until 2030, after the previous five editions of the tournament took place in Turin.
Defending champions Italy won the Davis Cup for a second successive year earlier this year, and have claimed the title three times after first lifting the cup in 1976.
Italy’s Jannik Sinner is currently the world’s number one men’s tennis player, according to the ATP rankings.
“Italy has a rich history in tennis and a proven ability to host world-class sporting events,” said ITF President David Haggerty.
“We are confident that over the next three years working with the FITP we can take the Davis Cup even higher, providing an unforgettable experience for players and fans alike.”
