DHL Express is partnering with talkSPORT to offer one fan the chance to deliver the official match ball on to the pitch for the Rugby World Cup match between England and Australia at Twickenham.

Throughout today (Friday 8th May), on behalf of their children, four contestants will battle it out live on talkSPORT testing their rugby knowledge.

Two finalists will then progress to the live final this evening, when rugby celebrities Kyran Bracken and Serge Betsen will represent each of the finalists in an on-the-clock kicking challenge during half time at the Harlequins v Bath match.

England rugby player and DHL ambassador Mike Brown commented: “There has never been a more exciting time for UK rugby. With Rugby World Cup 2015 about to take place on our doorstep it’s great to see that companies like DHL are capturing the excitement and helping to raise the sport’s profile amongst young fans.”

DHL’s head of sponsorship, Karren Piesley, commented: “We are thrilled to be the official logistics partner to Rugby World Cup 2015 and have a huge role to play supporting an international event on this scale. The official DHL match ball delivery is a central focus for us and we are delighted to be offering such a fantastic prize to one lucky rugby fan!”

As the official logistics partner of Rugby World Cup 2015, DHL will assume responsibility for the logistics of the event, which will take place in England over six weeks in September and October 2015.
