Digital sports content provider Premium TV/Inform Group has rebranded as Perform following the merger last September of the two companies.

The two companies merged shortly after Premium TV was acquired by Access Industries, the conglomerate owned by billionaire industrialist Len Blavatnik.

Following five months’ successful trading, the company has rebranded as Perform, with Oliver Slipper (formerly CEO, Premium TV) and Simon Denyer (founder, Inform Group) continuing as joint CEOs.

The company’s official rebranding coincides with a new three-year agreement to provide the Australian Open with a broadband channel showing live matches for the first time in the event’s history.

Perform’s current client roster includes the likes of The Premier League, The Football League, The Football Association, England and Wales Cricket Board, ATP Masters Series, World Rally Championship and Velux Five Oceans Race.

The company offers services ranging from building and managing broadband websites, streaming live events, and packaging and commercialising digital content to betting, mobile TV and broadband offerings.
