Japanese EMS brand SIXPAD is encouraging people to share their 2018 fitness goals as part of its Reach Your Next Level campaign.
The training gear manufacturer has enlisted the help of British record holder Dina Asher-Smith to motivate the UK public and help them in to achieving their goals.
Having broken her foot in February this year, the SIXPAD ambassador returned to the track in the summer and won a silver medal in the 4x100m relay at the world athletics championships in London.
Dina Asher-Smith said: “It’s that time of year when everyone looks to the 12 months ahead and thinks about what they want to achieve. It’s so important to start the year off right and have a plan in place that enables you to achieve your goals. Hopefully people will find the advice useful.”
A spokesperson for MTG Co., Ltd, the manufacturers of SIXPAD said: “While SIXPAD’s EMS tech can help people achieve their fitness goals, we’re going one step further by providing them with inspirational advice from one of the UK’s top athletes.”
