To mark the renewal of its partnership with the four home unions, Dove Men+Care, Unilever’s male skincare brand, has launched a film as the RBS 6 Nations gets underway.

As part of its new deals, the brand will extend its #SCRUMTOGETHER campaign through the new season, providing each team with anti-perspirants, shower gels and face products. Dove Men+Care will also offer consumers the chance to win tickets and other experiences through in-store promotions and across @DoveMen, the brand’s social media channel.

The new deal follows five years of activation, which included a successful campaign across Rugby World Cup 2015 as an official tournament supplier, and saw the brand shortlisted for Best Sponsorship of an Event or Competition and Best Use of Social Media at the BT Sport Industry Awards 2016, announced on Friday.

The film – available to view at Sport Industry TV – features Anthony Watson (England), Conor Murray (Ireland), Dan Biggar (Wales) and Greig Laidlaw (Scotland) and is set in the Brecon Beacons.

Nation specific versions of the film will also be released for England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales as Dove Men+Care continues its partnership, following five years of activation.

Callum Galloway, brand manager of Dove Men+Care, said: “Dove Men+Care has demonstrated its commitment to rugby over a number of years, and we’re delighted to be continuing our support of the home nations ahead of what is a hugely anticipated RBS 6 Nations. Examples of strength and care, often seen through teamwork both on and off the rugby field, align brilliantly with our brand, and we are excited to be launching our 2016 campaign via a new film which celebrates exactly that.”
