DP World has named English golfer Tommy Fleetwood as a global ambassador of the Emirati logistics company.
Fleetwood joins DP World’s global ambassador roster that also includes Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.
In 2022, the 33-year-old Englishman and UAE company opened the DP World Golf Performance Centre in Dubai, which became the first Tommy Fleetwood academy in the region.

DP World has served as the title sponsor of golf’s DP World Tour, previously named the European Tour, since 2022.
The collaboration with Fleetwood, who is ranked 13th in the world at the time of writing, will aim to drive grassroots golf throughout the region and internationally.
“It’s an honour to grow my relationship with DP World as their Global Ambassador,” Fleetwood said.
“Over the past two years, the work we have done together has made significant strides in the game we all love, and I’m excited for what lies ahead.
“DP World is a forward-thinking, innovative company that continues to invest in golf’s development, and anyone who knows me knows how close growing the game is to my heart.”
