Durham County Cricket Club (CCC) has penned a multi-year partnership with Secutix, which includes ‘ticketing technology partner’ designation.

The collaboration will launch later this season, and will allow fans to secure their mobile tickets via the Durham app.

The county cricket club will additionally integrate Secutix’s digital ticketing app Tixngo, as well as the omnichannel payment tool S-Pay.

Secutix’s growing partnership portfolio includes the Hundred, as well as fellow county clubs Lancashire, Somerset, Surrey, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire. The UK-based ticketing specialist is also a partner of the ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup 2024.

David Hornby, Managing Director of Secutix for Northern Europe, UK & Ireland, said, “We understand cricket and are constantly evolving the platform with innovations and automation which we know will benefit the sport. 

“This means Durham will always have the latest technologies at their disposal to create a first-class ticketing experience for their fans.”


EFL League Two club Gillingham has extended its partnership with GRIT Consultancy as its back of shorts sponsor. 

Meg Howarth, Commercial Manager at Gillingham, said,  “I’m really happy that GRIT have decided to extend their stay on the back of shorts for another season.

The club have really enjoyed working with them over the last two seasons and I am looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together during 2024/25.” 


Creative agency Matta has launched a new campaign for Investec ahead of this year’s Champions Cup and EPCR Challenge Cup finals. 

The campaign aims to capture the spirit of Welsh rugby, and is launching at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium ahead of this evening’s Challenge Cup final between Gloucester and Hollywoodbets Sharks at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

This year’s Champions Cup final will see Leinster face Toulouse at the same venue on Saturday 25th April.

DAZN has signed a global broadcast rights partnership with All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

As part of the collaboration, the DAZN platform will stream the upcoming AEW: Double or Nothing and AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door, beginning this weekend.
