The EFL has embarked on a 12-day initiative to relaunch its ‘Together Against Racism’ campaign, which aims to unite players, managers, and fans in the fight against racism.
Running from 17th to 28th October, the campaign is seeking to empower individuals to use their voices to effect change.
This initiative enthasises the importance of sharing experiences and hearing personal stories to highlight the ongoing battle against racism within football.
A central feature of the campaign includes a content film showcasing former Newport County and current Crewe Alexandra forward Omar Bogle, who has shared his personal experience of racial abuse during a match at Priestfield Stadium last season.
Through this campaign, the EFL is looking to foster a collective response to racism, engaging everyone in the football community to participate in the movement towards a more inclusive sport.
TNT Sports and Unrivaled have struck a multi-year media rights partnership to provide exclusive live coverage of the new professional women’s basketball league, beginning in January 2025.
TNT Sports wills serve as the league’s lead network, with all games set to be streamed on Max and additional broadcasts on truTV.
The agreement encompasses more than 45 regular season matchups, which will air on TNT Sports platforms three nights each week.
TNT has committed to airing games on Mondays and Fridays, while truTV will feature additional coverage on Saturdays.
The inaugural season of Unrivaled is slated to tip off on 17 January 2025.

Additionally, TNT Sports has also taken on the role of equity partner within the new league, further solidifying its investment in women’s basketball and its commitment to promoting the sport.

Team GB has partnered with Memento Exclusives to offer unique signed memorabilia from the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The collection include shirts, photographs, and other unique pieces signed by athletes across various sports, including cycling, equestrian, athletics, and swimming.
These athletes include medallists from the Paris 2024 Games as well as legendary Team GB figures.

The range features jackets and hoodies signed by skateboarding and surfing star Sky Brown, swimming trunks autographed by six-time Olympic medallist swimmer Adam Peaty, signed photographs from Olympic 800m champion Keely Hodgkinson, and a jacket signed by Sir Jason Kenny, the most successful British Olympian to date.

Through the long-term licensing deal between Team GB and Memento Exclusives, this collaboration will further extend to the provision of memorabilia from the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games.

London-based Little Dot Sport has secured the YouTube channel management contracts of the PFL and Bellator.
The digital content specialist, which is a subsidiary of creative studio Little Dot Studios, will aim to bolster the online presence of the two MMA organisations.

Little Dot Sport will provide channel and digital copyright management services for the YouTube channels, while Little Dot Studios will deliver launch targeted advertising campaigns.

Cricket Australia has revealed the dates for the 2025/26 men’s Ashes series, which will start on 21st November at Perth’s Optus Stadium.
This marks the first Ashes Test to be played at the 60,000-seat venue.
The Gabba in Brisbane, where Australia have won 13 of their 22 Ashes Tests and remained unbeaten against England since 1986, will host the second Test from 4th – 8th December.
Following this, England will travel to the Adelaide Oval for the third Test from 17th – 21st December.

The traditional Boxing Day Test will take place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground from 26th – 30th December, with the series concluding at the Sydney Cricket Ground from 4th – 8th January.
In parallel, Australia will host England for the multi-format Women’s Ashes in January and February 2025.
Sue Anstiss MBE has joined London Mavericks board ahead of 2025 Netball Super League season.
Anstiss was awarded an MBE in 2018 for her services to women’s and grassroots sport, and in 2023, she was recognised as one of the top 30 women in sport on the BBC Woman’s Hour Power List.

“It’s an honour to have been asked to join the board of such a pioneering club at a pivotal time for the sport. I have been inspired by London Mavericks’ owners, Olivia Hall and Lucy Wray, and by their gender equality vision, long-term investment plans and determination to create a better future for the next generation,” Said Anstiss.
