Epcr Partners With Two Circles

European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR), the organisers of rugby union’s European Rugby Champions Cup and Challenge Cup tournaments, has appointed data-driven sports marketing agency Two Circles.

As part of the agreement, Two Circles will assist EPCR in establishing a new approach to their marketing activities, fan engagement and commercial opportunities.

Two Circles, whose partnership with EPCR will be managed from its Switzerland office in Bern, has experience across EMEA and North America enabling sports bodies to gain a better understanding of their audiences, using this knowledge to increase engagement and commercial returns through effective marketing.

Ian Treseder, marketing & commercial manager at EPCR, said: “It is more important than ever to understand who our fans are and how they want to engage with us. Our partnership with Two Circles will provide us with this insight and help us market more effectively in a way that benefits our fans, as well as EPCR.”

In April 2017, Two Circles was named Agency of the Year at the BT Sport Industry Awards.
