IMG has inked a five-year extension of its media rights distribution partnership with the Eredivisie, which will run until 2030.
Under the renewal, the global agency giant will continue to deliver the Dutch top-flight league’s broadcast rights both domestically and internationally.
At present, the Eredivisie reaches 142 territories via 35 broadcast partners.

IMG’s partnership roster also includes England’s Premier League and EFL, as well as South American football’s governing body Conmebol, the Belgian Pro League and Saudi Pro League.
The Endeavor-owned agency, which has managed the league’s media rights for more than 20 years, will additionally provide global advisory services to help promote the league to new audiences globally.
“We are delighted to continue and expand the relationship with IMG and further build on the league’s growing international presence,” said Bas Raemakers, Head of International Commerce & Strategy at the Eredivisie.
“The development of our media product, especially in a number of strategic countries, is key to the league’s ambition for further growth in the competitive European football landscape.”
Robert Klein, Managing Director of Football and Media at IMG, added, “Over nearly 25 years, our successful collaboration has delivered commercial growth and opportunity for the Eredivisie, helping the league reach new audiences around the world.
“IMG is uniquely placed to provide guidance and expertise for rightsholders on a global scale across key growth drivers that include competition structure, brand partnerships, digital, production, streaming, and media strategy and distribution.”
