Global investment platform eToro has retained its claim as one of the most widely represented club sponsor in the Premier League by adding new partnerships with Aston Villa and Everton.
The company now boasts contracts with six clubs for the 2019/20 season, which it claims makes it level with adidas, the most used kit supplier in the league. Along with the two new contracts, eToro has extended deals with Crystal Palace, Leicester City, Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur.
The company said it has retained this status for the second year in a row and marked the achievement by staging a debate with six Premier League legends.
Matt Le Tissier (Southampton), Ledley King (Tottenham Hotspur), Clinton Morrison (Crystal Palace), Steve Walsh (Leicester City), Ian Taylor (Aston Villa) and Leon Osman (Everton) discussed their club’s transfers and prospects for the 2019/20 season.
Iqbal Gandham, UK Managing Director at eToro, said: “Working with six clubs for the second year in a row demonstrates our commitment to our customers, and to the fans. We want to open up our club partnerships for all and to use this celebration to enable smart insights into transfer dealings from industry experts, just like our market leading investment platform.”
