British Eurosport has replaced the BBC as the exclusive broadcast rights holder for the next GB home Davis Cup match.

The sports channel will now broadcast the Davis Cup by BNP Paribas tie between Great Britain and Turkey in July.

The coverage will be hosted onsite by Eurosport’s regular tennis presenter and former British women’s number one Annabel Croft.

The tie will be played in Eastbourne over the weekend of July 9th – 11th and will see the debut of new GB Davis Cup Captain Leon Smith, who was appointed in April 2010 following the GB team defeat to Lithuania.

British Eurosport will show exclusive live coverage of the whole Europe – Africa Zone Group II 2nd Round Play Off and will be the host broadcaster.

Live streaming of the event will also be available on subscription online via the Eurosport Player.

British Eurosport already broadcasts live coverage from three Grand Slam tournaments, the WTA Tour, selected ATP Events and the AEGON British Tennis Series grass court events.

The Davis Cup match with Turkey will be its first live coverage of a GB Team tie.
