UEFA has announced Expedia Group as the new Official Travel Partner of the UEFA Champions League – the final partner to be announced for the 2018-21 cycle.
As part of the three-season agreement, Expedia Group will also receive sponsorship rights for the UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Youth League finals and the UEFA Futsal Champions League finals.
The Group plans to activate the partnership via its Expedia and Hotels.com brands.
Expedia is a full-service online travel platform operating in more than 30 countries. Hotels.com gives travellers access to a broad selection of accommodation via its 90 local websites available in 41 languages.
Expedia Group will work with sports marketing agency Octagon to develop and implement the activation strategy across all markets.

Expedia Group will join Santander as a new partner for the 2018-21 UEFA Champions League cycle, with the agreement completing the 2018-21 UEFA Champions League sponsorship sales process. The worldwide sales of all UEFA club competition sponsorship rights have been led by TEAM Marketing AG on UEFA’s behalf.
