The Football League is revamping the websites of the 78 football clubs that
participate in its online subsidiary FL Interactive, set up to handle the club’s
online activities through a central resource.
The roll-out of the new look websites will see each club offer its fanbase a
variety of new digital services including goal video clips as well as new
opportunities for advertisers.
There will also be more flexibility for clubs to manage web content, promote
a wide range of activities and maximise opportunities for local commercial
partners.
FL Interactive manages and develops the internet and mobile rights for 65
Football League clubs, 7 Premier League clubs and 6 clubs from the Football
Conference, with sites being viewed by more than 4.1m unique users per month.
