A new partnership between FourFourTwo Performance and Teamer will allow grassroots footballers to train, play and think like a professional athlete.

FourFourTwo Performance is where pro footballers reveal training tips, drills and advice brought to you by FourFourTwo.

Now the content will be delivered across Teamer’s club and league website network via the FourFourTwo Performance player, which will bring the content directly to over one million grassroots football players and coaches every month.

With over 20,000 teams and leagues using Teamer’s club and league website platforms, the new deal will help FourFourTwo Performance reach even more amateur footballers looking to improve their game through expert advice on football skills, training, nutrition, tactics and more.

The partnership is a further boost to Teamer, who acquired Club Website in 2015 and whose team management app, club and league websites and payments portal are used by 3.5 million members worldwide across a range of sports.

David Hall, FourFourTwo’s global editor-in-chief, said: “Partnering with Teamer and seeing our Performance Player delivering top quality football training content to their highly-engaged audience of footballers is an exciting development for FourFourTwo.

“We believe our content is a unique offering for amateurs wanting to improve and there are few better places to share that content than on Teamer’s bustling platform.”

Rob Mattar, CEO of Teamer, added: “At Teamer we see our mission as being to deliver market leading apps to the grassroots sports community, whether you’re a player, coach, club or league.

“As the number one platform for amateur football in the UK our partnership with FourFourTwo allows us to deliver quality and relevant content to our football community.”
