Three-time UEFA Champions League winner, Gareth Bale, is using the Altitude Resistance Mask to increase his oxygen efficiency and lung capacity, replicating the effects of high altitude training to improve performance.
The mask promotes training environments by creating pulmonary resistance and increasing overall performance. Altitude Resistance Mask claims to reduce training time by two-thirds and enhance workout efficiency.
Modified to fit comfortably around the nose and mouth, the mask’s design is a result of research and clinical testing. Training with the Altitude Resistance Mask conditions lungs to work harder for oxygen and give beneficial effects of training up at higher altitudes.

Altitude Resistance Mask, brand ambassador, Bale, said: “I’m feeling better than ever and can’t wait for the new season to start, I’m hungrier than ever to win more trophies for the biggest club and best fans in the world.”
Bale added: “The Altitude Resistance Mask has been a key part of my recovery and preparation for the new season. It’s extremely comfortable and easy to use but more importantly as an elite athlete, I’m always striving for that extra 1%, and that’s what you get with the Altitude Resistance Mask.”
Sammer Sommers, Altitude Resistance Mask, founder and CEO, commented: “We’re extremely proud to partner with Gareth who is an elite athlete as well as a role model. The Altitude Resistance Mask enables elite and casual athletes to improve their endurance levels by implementing pulmonary resistance training. We’re welcoming more clubs, elite athletes and grassroots heroes every day to the Altitude Resistance Mask family. Are you a winner?”
Bale joins a group of athletes who regularly use the Altitude Resistance Mask including World Heavyweight Champion and brand ambassador, Anthony Joshua, who used the mask in preparation for his bout against Wladimir Klitschko.
